Forms
You will need to fill out a waiver form to get registered with the Asheville Clogging Company. These are available at the front desk and will be able on our website soon.
- Payments for monthly tuition should be paid by personal check, cash, or credit card. Please note if you choose to pay by credit card there will be a $2.00 service charge added.
- All payments for monthly tuition paid by personal check should be made out to "Hahn's Gymnastics" with "Clogging" written in the memo.
- To reserve your child's space in class, tuition for the following month must be paid by the 20th of the current month.
- A $10.00 late fee will be charged if tuition is not paid before the first of the month.
- We do not bill you for each monthly payment.
Inclement Weather Policy
Hahn's Gymnastics, LLC will make its own decision to close based on the weather conditions. If classes are canceled a message will be posted on the answering machine at 8:00am for the morning classes, 11:00am for the afternoon classes, and 3:00pm for the evening classes.
